Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns
We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- For returns not related to product quality, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund:

Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

Important Note
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the return is due to a product quality issue.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
